Instructions
If your application is complete and you qualify to vote, a mail ballot package will be sent to you as soon as the ballots are available around the beginning of October. If we receive your application after 11:59 pm on Thursday, October 1, 2026, your ballot will not be mailed out. However, you may arrange to pick up a mail ballot package from City Hall, 7 Victoria Street West, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays. We will reach out when packages are available for pickup.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information below, including, but not limited to, email, mailing address, other addresses, and any and all other information provided on this form, is accurate.
You or the person obtaining your mail ballot package on your behalf is responsible for bringing at least one piece of photo identification to ensure the identity of the person picking up the mail ballot package.
You are responsible for ensuring that your completed ballot and documents are received by the Chief Election Officer at the designated return location identified as City Hall by Saturday, October 17, 2026, before the close of voting at 8:00 pm. Note: We will not accept postmarked envelopes.
