Health and Lifestyle Coaching

A health or lifestyle coach is a professional who uses evidence-based conversation and strategies to engage patients (also known as clients) in behaviour change that improves their health and well-being. As experts on human behaviour and motivation, health and lifestyle coaches help clients achieve their health goals and empower them to integrate healthy habits into their lifestyles. 

A health and lifestyle coach might help a client with:

  • chronic disease or illness management
  • nutrition (diet and exercise)
  • stress reduction
  • sleep
  • time management
  • weight loss
  • smoking
  • addiction
  • dealing with the after-effects of a traumatic event or health condition, such as a heart attack, loss, or accident

Health and Lifestyle Coaching Sessions

At the City, we offer a variety of health and lifestyle coaching sessions to support physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Participants are required to have an online recreation account to book a session.

A series of current healthy and lifestyle coaching sessions can be found within this section of our online registration system.

How to Register

After registering, a health and lifestyle coach will contact you to book your first session. Please disregard the listed session time on your registration confirmation.

Current Health and Lifestyle Coaching Offerings

Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Personal training and kinesiology packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Sessions expire one year after the date of purchase.

Cancellation within 24 hours will result in a charge for the full fee of the scheduled session.
