Seniors' Light Tour
The Seniors’ Light Tour is a free annual event hosted by the City of Kamloops each December, made possible by the dedication of local volunteers. Using City transit, this festive tour takes seniors on a scenic bus ride through a designated light tour to enjoy holiday light displays created by Kamloops residents. This year's route will be through the Westsyde community. Volunteers assist with pick-up at designated locations to help ensure a joyful experience as participants travel around town soaking in the holiday cheer. After the tour, guests gather at Sandman Centre for tea service and a lively sing-along. Once the festivities conclude, guests are safely returned to their original pick-up location with the help of volunteers.
