How to Prepare to Apply:

Required Documentation for All Applications:

  • Title Search - dated within the last three months (can be accessed through LTSA.ca )
  • Agency Agreement - if you’re applying on behalf of the property owner
  • Hazardous Materials Report (only if the building was built before 1990)
  • Owner's Acknowledgement
  • Site Plan - showing the square footage of the building to be demolished
  • Clearance Letter - from an abatement company confirming proper removal of all hazardous materials from the subject structure/building

Note: Additional documentation may be required, depending on the scope of work to be done.

Apply Online

Before You Start

You must have a MyCity profile to apply online. If you don't have one yet, you can create one here.

Once you start the application you will have 30 days to submit it. Your application will be saved to your MyCity profile until it has been submitted and paid for. You can access it by logging into MyCity, then clicking on the In Progress Applications button at the top of the Registered Accounts page.

Application fees must be paid by Visa or Mastercard. A non-refundable 2.75% credit card convenience fee will apply.
