Utilities Services, part of the Civic Operations Department, is responsible for the City's water, sanitary sewer, drainage and flood protection systems and facilities. This department is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure services are available, and issues may be managed around the clock. This team operates within BC's highest water classification of wastewater treatment, wastewater collection, and water treatment systems.
