How do I register for MyCity?

All you need is a valid email address and phone number!

  1. Launch MyCity
  2. Complete your profile.
  3. Validate your account with the opt-in email confirmation we send you
  4. Log-in to MyCity and add your accounts!
How do I add accounts to my MyCity profile?

All accounts can be added using the Account Number* and Access Code provided in the top right corner of your statement. 

*For Property Tax accounts, this is your Folio Number. For DES Permits, this is the Folder Number provided to you when you apply for a permit.
