Indoor walking at Sandman Centre is available during the winter months from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays until March 31, 2025, at no cost. Some dates may be unavailable due to statutory holidays, Blazers home games and concert schedules.
Alternative indoor walking is available at the Tournament Capital Centre Fieldhouse. The Fieldhouse requires admission and an online recreation account for payment and check-in and is also subject to track availability. Find rates and schedules here.

General Questions
When is indoor walking available?
- Indoor walking at the Sandman Centre does not presently require a reservation or registration. It operates on a free drop-in basis, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays until March 31, 2025.
Is walking available on statutory holidays?
No. Sandman Centre is closed for walking on statutory holidays and on days where an event pr Blazer homes games are scheduled.
How much does it cost to walk at the Sandman Centre?
There is no charge to walk indoors at the Sandman Centre and the program is open to all ages.
Is the schedule subject to change without notice?
Yes. Depending on events, the walking schedule may change. We will do our best to update the online walking calendar, so please refer to the schedule to double-check the concourse's availability.
Can I run or jog inside on the Sandman Centre concourse?
No. The Sandman Centre's walking program is meant for walkers. Running, jogging, skateboarding, scootering, in-line skating, dry-land training, or other forms of non-walking activities are not allowed.
Can I bring my dog/pet inside to walk?
No. Pets are not allowed inside the facility.
Are washrooms open during walking sessions?
Yes. Accessible washrooms are open for use.

Please feel free to bring a water bottle inside the Sandman Centre for your walk.
