Solar Panel Permit

Solar Panel projects on any property will require a permit to be issued before any work begins.

Swimming Pool Permit

Please note, pools 7.5m2 or less in area with a lockable lid do not require a building permit.

Single & Two Family Dwellings Occupancy Inspection Checklist

This list is intended to provide a list of the general items required to obtain an occupancy inspection and occupancy certificate under the City of Kamloops Building Regulation Bylaw No. 11-84, 2025. In order to assist with making the final building inspection successful, please ensure that PRIOR TO REQUESTING the final inspection, the colling checklist has been completed.
