The City of Kamloops (the City) has invested significantly in the purchase and development of these lots and intends to accept those offers that are most advantageous to the interests of the City. 

Offers can be made using the form of Purchase Agreement included in the info package for your desired lot (linked above). Alternatively, the City will consider offers made on the standard BC Real Estate Association/The Canadian Bar Association of BC form of Contract of Purchase and Sale real estate agent (Realtor Contract).
