May 12, 2026 5:30 am: Effective immediately, impacted residents are asked to cease water use until further notice. 

Residents east of Rose Hill to City limits can expect to be without water until further notice. Properties within the Voyent Alert area are hereby ordered to not use water while this restriction is in effect. Please note that if the notified properties are using water, the City will enter onto property to shut off water from the City source and fines may be issued.
