The Kamloops Dragon Boat Festival will be taking place alongside Kamloops Daybreak Rotary Ribfest again this year. Teams from across the country are coming to Kamloops to compete on the South Thompson River off the shores of Riverside Park beach. Dragon boating is a modern sport with ancient traditions that is both competitive and fun! Boat crews consist of 20 paddlers, a steersperson and a drummer.
