    The Kam-Motion event has been moved indoors to the Fieldhouse located at the Tournament Capital Centre due to the weather forecast. 

    Residents of all ages are invited to attend Kam-Motion, a free, low-barrier, inclusive community event in the Fieldhouse at the Tournament Capital Centre on Sunday, June 2, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Movement-based classes, informative group sessions, and local organizations on site will engage our community in all movement related activities.

    • Forest Bathing – City of Kamloops
