Mark your calendars for a vibrant celebration of diversity and inclusion! On Wednesday, August 21, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, join the City of Kamloops and its partners at the Thompson Rivers University Campus Commons for a community Pride open house in honour of Pride Week. This free event promises an afternoon filled with joy, connection, and celebration in support of our 2SLGBTQPIA+ community members and allies.

We are thrilled to offer food vouchers to the first 100 visitors who arrive, so come early to enjoy a special treat!
 

In addition to the festivities, representatives from several local public and non-profit organizations will be on hand to share valuable information about their efforts to better serve and represent our 2SLGBTQPIA+ residents. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with those working hard to foster a more inclusive and supportive community. The City would like to thank the Thompson Rivers University Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Anti-Racism for sponsoring the event.
