Mayor Ken Christian and several City Councillors networked with local business leaders at a Business Appreciation Dinner on March 15.
"Our goal is to celebrate businesses large and small from every corner of the city," said Mayor Christian.
"With suggestions from the North Shore Business Improvement Association, the Kamloops Central Business Improvement Association, and the Chamber of Commerce, we honoured 17 businesses in 2022. It is our goal to create and maintain a strong business climate in Kamloops, and our annual dinner and networking event brings together Councillors and companies to share ideas that will grow our local economy," added Christian.
