On Friday, June 30, 2023, the Kamloops Museum and Archives opens a new exhibition, Len. This exhibition features popular Kamloops-based political leader the Honourable Leonard Stephen "Len" Marchand Sr. (November 16, 1933–June 3, 2016, a member of Syilx Nation). All are welcome to attend the free opening reception on Friday, June 30, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Residents interested in attending the opening event are asked to RSVP in advance of June 30 to jcyr@kamloops.ca or phone 250-828-3576. RSVP is required due to limited space and significant interest in this special exhibition opening.
