Project X Theatre is very excited for this summer’s Theatre Under the Trees Festival in Prince Charles Park, running July 10 to 29. This year’s festival features two shows, “The Hobbit” and “The Incredible Adventures of Mary Jane Mosquito”! Both are fun, family-friendly shows that all audiences are sure to love. “The Hobbit” is a new adaptation of the much-loved story featuring music, monsters, and more! “The Incredible Adventures of Mary Jane Mosquito” follows the story of a wingless mosquito and features Cree language and a beautiful message of belonging.

This exhibition features popular Kamloops-based political leader the Honourable Leonard Stephen "Len" Marchand Sr. (November 16, 1933–June 3, 2016, a member of Syilx Nation). On Thursday June 22, 2023, the Rotary Club of Kamloops Aurora Centennial is proudly presenting the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Musical Ride – a national tradition since 1876. This year’s event, which just happens to fall inside the RCMP’s 150 Anniversary year, is at the Kamloops Agri-Centre, 485 Mount Paul Centre Way, with performances at 3:00 pm and 6:30 pm
