The phased 7th Avenue and Pioneer Park Improvements Project will begin in mid-March 2024 and will consist of upgrades to parking and the construction of a multi-use pathway connecting the Rivers Trail in phase one (March to May 2024). Phase two will involve utility and roadwork along 7th Avenue and the railway crossing (September to October 2024).
