This report was jointly prepared by the City, School District No. 73, and Interior Health to assess the feasibility and impact of a local Safer School Streets program, a two-week pilot initiative at Arthur Hatton Elementary involving a temporary, car-free perimeter around the school during drop-off and pickup times. This document includes program evaluation and feedback from participants, lessons learned, as well as recommendations.
