Research shows that regular physical activity and social activities improves health and wellness. Doing activities together with other people, family and friends supports you in learning new skills, trying new things, making friends, getting active, and having fun. This initiative is an opportunity for people new to Kamloops to explore what your community has to offer.

Join us each week and connect with others! This program runs Thursday afternoons from 12:30–3:30 pm, and Sundays from 10:00 am–1:30 pm, at the Heritage House, located at 100 Lorne Street (Downtown).
Please note that from June 1- August 31 there will be no Monday drop-in sessions.
Registration is not required; however, there is a $2.00 cash drop-in fee. Patrons can also purchase a punch card onsite for $20.00, which provides 11 entries to the program.
What to expect when you arrive:
A member of the 55+ community will welcome you into the building, ask you to sign in, and take your $2.00 drop-in fee. While at the program, there are a variety of games you can play while you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
Additionally, to keep activities happening after the program ends for the day, a variety of books and puzzles are available to be borrowed, which we hope will encourage a return visit to our program when they are due for return.
On Sundays patrons are able to purchase soup for lunch made by Jaye McMaster.
