Research shows that regular physical activity and social activities improve health and wellness. Doing activities together with other people, family and friends supports you in learning new skills, trying new things, making friends, getting active, and having fun. This initiative is an opportunity for people new to Kamloops to explore what our community has to offer.

Schedules
Although the program is scheduled to take place every Thursday and Sunday, please ensure that on the date you wish to come, there is no cancellation due to a statutory holiday or for other programming. View a schedule below:
What To Expect When You Arrive for Seniors Drop-In
A member of the 55+ community will welcome you into the building, ask you to sign-in and take your $2.00 drop-in fee. While at the program, there are a variety of games you can play while you enjoy a cup of tea or coffee.
Additionally, to keep activities happening after the program ends for the day, a variety of books and puzzles are available to be borrowed, which we hope will encourage a return visit to our program when they are due for return.
