Monthly Parking Permits
The City has contracted Precise ParkLink to manage the monthly parking program for both downtown parkades and all City-owned surface lots in the downtown core. Anyone interested in a monthly parking pass can contact Precise ParkLine online or at 1-604-235-1380 Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm.
- Standard passes provide access to any available public parking stall within the designated parking facility.
- Permits for reserved areas (guaranteed stall) are available in parkades only for an additional $20/month (subject to approval - please reach out to monthlyparkingbc@precisebi.com prior to submitting your registration)

Manage Your Account
As of spring 2026, monthly parking is managed through online accounts and a database of approved vehicles, not through hangtags. Any remaining hangtags are invalid and should be returned to the City’s Community Services office at 1303 Mission Flats Road. All monthly parkers must have an online account and register vehicle licence plates at Precise ParkLink. Individual permit holders are responsible for managing their ParkLink accounts and ensuring that the licence plate of the vehicle they are parking is registered.
