The McGill Corridor/Southgate Project commenced in the Spring 2001 as a joint project between the University College of the Cariboo (UCC) and the City of Kamloops. This project was initiated as a design charette for the McGill Road Corridor and has evolved into a land use and design concept plan for McGill Road and Southgate Industrial Park. This document presents a preferred concept plan and outlines elements of a strategy to implement the plan.
