Punch Pass Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Canada Games Aquatic Centre and Westsyde Pool punch passes for Individual and Family punch passes, including Early Bird and Liquid Lunch passes.

Punch Passes

Purchased as of November 18, 2024

  • Non-transferrable    
  • Expire after two years of purchase and cannot be extended
  • If the pass is valid, you can terminate the punch pass for prorated refund with a $15 cancellation fee
  • Family Punch Passes up to one punch per family member attending on the Family account    
  • Individual Passes are one punch per visit for the member      
  • No stacking Punch Passes for the same location (e.g. Canada Games Aquatic Centre and Westsyde Pool). 
  • Punch Pass must be completely consumed before buying a new one. 
  • ARCH Program can only be used to purchase Individual punch passes   

Legacy Punch Passes

Purchased before November 18, 2024

  • No expiry 
  • Can be used for client as well as any guests—one punch per person per visit
  • ARCH Program can only be used to purchase Individual punch passes
