The City of Kamloops has contracted BA Dawson Blacktop to construct a multi-use pathway on the west side of Tranquille Road between Fulton Field Park and Airport Road.

Work is scheduled to begin September 8. Project completion is expected in early November.

Single-lane alternating traffic will be in place throughout the project, and access to the airport will be maintained. Traffic control personnel will help direct pedestrians navigating the area. The Dangerous Goods and Truck Route will remain detoured to Ord Road.
