The 1989 community plan update is designed to engage the residents of Kamloops in identifying both the needs of the next decade and the course of action required to meet these needs. the purpose of this document, the Situation Audit, is to provide a statement of the community's present status, including information about the people, economy and municipal services and finances. it provides a starting point for the development of a new community plan.
