The Juniper West plan area represents a portion of one of the areas currently designated in the Official Community Plan as a Special Development Area. The Special Development Area designation is intended to provide direction on future growth areas and requires a comprehensive planning review prior to the establishment of specific land use and zoning designations. The intent of this report is to provide the background research and analysis supporting new land use and zoning designations for the next phases of development in the Juniper West neighbourhood.
