For a 20 minute window between the hours of 9:30 pm on Wednesday 19 and 12:30 am Thursday morning, City phones will experience a temporary outage, affecting calls for service to our Civic Operations and Community Services call centres.

Residents facing issues reaching out during that window of time should note that the disruption will be brief. Multiple alternative options for reporting issues are listed on Kamloops.ca/ReportAnIssue. Requests for service related to City bylaw enforcement can be submitted at Kamloops.ca/CSRequest, or through the My Kamloops App.
