Kamloops, BC—The City’s 2025 tax sale will take place on Monday, September 29, at 10:00 am in Council Chambers. This annual public auction is required under the Local Government Act for municipalities to recover outstanding property taxes on properties with three years of outstanding taxes. Property owners have one year following the sale to redeem their property by paying the outstanding charges and interest.
Information on the tax sale now resides on the City’s website at Kamloops.ca/StatutoryNotices. It is also posted on the public notice board at City Hall.
