Community Confluence

A celebration was held on July 26 for the most recent addition to the Kamloops public art collection. Community Confluence, created by artist Bill Frymire on the Lansdowne Street parkade structure, is a stunning mosaic that stands 356 feet wide by 37 feet high. Created from 80,000 individual tiles, the mosaic depicts the confluence of the North and South Thompson Rivers and represents residents of Kamloops and our community groups.
