
Kamloops, BC—If you are excited about longer days and warmer weather, what better way to manifest spring than to book and plan all your favourite spring and summer activities. Whether you're into aquatics, sports, fitness, arts, or culture, the City’s Spring/Summer Activity Guide has something for everyone, regardless of age or ability. The 2025 Spring/Summer Activity Guide is now available online, detailing all City programs from April through August.
Residents can also pick up a hard copy of the guide starting March 6 at various convenient locations across the city:

Registration for spring and summer programs, including swim lessons, will be available on Tuesday, March 11. Online registration begins at 6:30 am via Kamloops.ca/Register. For those preferring other registration methods, starting at 10:00 am, residents may register by phone at 250-828-3500 or in person at one of the following locations:

- Westsyde Pool and Fitness Centre, 859 Bebek Road
- Kamloops Museum and Archives, 207 Seymour Street
New in this guide is Move and Play, a drop-in style program for you and your child to explore, play, and move (page 45). In the Adult section, we offer various programs, including Empowered Strength, Beginner Flow, Bellyfit, Dragon Boating Give it a Try, and Discover Bats. Thompson-Nicola Regional Library programming can be found on pages 38–41.
Swim lesson schedules will be available online before registration day at Kamloops.ca/Swim or in hard copy at the Tournament Capital Centre and Westsyde Pool and Fitness Centre after March 1.
A recreation account is required to register online, by phone, or in person. Residents are reminded to prepare before registration day and set up a recreation account by visiting Kamloops.ca/Recreation or calling 250-828-3500. Residents are encouraged to ensure their online recreation accounts are up to date with their current email address so that they receive time-sensitive emails, particularly when joining a wait-list.
