NEW PAYMENT SERVICE PROVIDER
November 5, 2019: As part of the City's ongoing commitment to deliver a high standard of customer service, the City of Kamloops has transitioned to a new payment service provider. This impacts anyone paying for municipal fines, business licences, and dog licences online. The new provider offers enhanced online payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, and Interac Online options.
Note: Access cards containing both the Interac and Visa/Mastercard logos are not set up to access the Interac online payment service.
There are currently known issues with Chrome, and we are working to resolve the issue. Firefox is strongly recommended at this time. To ensure your online transaction(s) to complete successfully:
- Your browser must be up to date and current.
This secure service allows you to make payments for:
- Municipal fines (e.g. parking tickets)
- Dog licence renewals
- Business licences
- Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit, Interac Online
- Not accepted: American Express
We do not currently accept online payments for utilities or property taxes through our website; however, most financial institutions offer the option to pay utilities and property taxes through their telephone and internet banking services.
