The City of Kamloops’ Civic Construction crew will be in the area of 400 Tranquille Road from October 20-30, 2025, to perform lot servicing. Work is scheduled to occur Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm, with possible Friday work if required.

From October 20-26, crews will be doing boulevard work resulting in single lane alternating traffic through the area. Please expect delays and obey all traffic control personnel.

From October 27-30, a full closure of Tranquille Road at Mackenzie Avenue will be required due to the significant amount of work that is needed within the Mackenzie Avenue intersection. This closure will remain in effect overnight in order to expedite the work and to ensure Tranquille Road is reopened in a timely manner.

During construction, temporary sidewalk closures may be in effect. Please obey all signage and traffic control personnel when navigating the area.
