Strength Training and Yoga Programs for Men with Cancer

Our lifestyle management physical activity program has been developed for men living with prostate cancer.
Our strength program runs twice per week for 12 weeks and includes group exercise classes and education materials that are designed specifically for the needs of cancer survivors and presented in a welcoming and encouraging environment.
Our yoga program is a 6-week program and runs once a week. There is a focus on pelvic floor activation and rehabilitation. Participants can expect to experience improvements in their mood, their ability to manage stress, and their golf swing!
All registrants are pre-screened by a qualified exercise professional. We know that the benefits of positive lifestyle change can be enjoyed by people with many types of cancer.
