September Brings Small Changes at City Hall

 As the kids are heading back to school and routines fall back into place, residents can also expect to see some changes at City Hall in September.

Labour Day weekend always marks the start of winter operational hours for City staff. City Hall and other City administration buildings will now be open 8:30 am-4:30 pm until May long weekend.

Also effective September 4, parking services will be integrated into the main lobby of City Hall to provide residents with better customer service via a single point of entry to City Hall. All services previously accessed via the second floor Parking Control office at 6 Seymour Street West will now be available in the main lobby. Phone numbers and email addresses have not changed.

The second floor entrance to City Hall will be closed to the public. All deliveries and appointments should report to the main floor reception.
