City of Kamloops Social Planning Council Call for Applicants – 2017

Kamloops, BC – City Council is seeking applications from Kamloops residents who are interested in serving on a voluntary basis for the Social Planning Council for a two‑year term.
 
The City of Kamloops established the Social Planning Council to act in an advisory capacity to City Council on social issues in the community. The committee, which consists of nine representatives from the public and various social service agencies, makes recommendations to City Council on a wide variety of social planning and community well-being initiatives.
 
The Terms of Reference for the Social Planning Council can be found on the City’s website at kamloops.ca/volunteer.
