Let's Talk

Let's Talk Kamloops is our new engagement website where you can share your voice and shape our city.

We know you have ideas about our city, and we are committed to working more closely with you to improve engagement and better guide our planning and decision making.

Between January and June 2018, the City hosted more than 50 different engagement events, from open houses to budget consultations to neighbourhood meetings. But we recognize that face-to-face engagement isn't always possible. That's why we are trying this new website—to make it easier for you to learn about the City activities, strategies, and programs that are important to you. At letstalk.kamloops.ca, you can connect to the City at any time on matters where community input would help shape our city.

The Downtown Plan is an update to City Centre Plan 2005 and will provide a framework to guide planning and land use management for the Downtown, Sagebrush, and West End neighbourhoods over a 20-year time frame.

What is your vision for the Downtown? We want your input on draft design concepts for key opportunity sites, key issues, opportunities, and priorities for the Downtown in the coming years.

Communications Survey

The City of Kamloops would like to learn how residents prefer to receive information from the City. This survey will take less than 5 minutes and is completely anonymous. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We want to continue our work in Making Kamloops Shine, and your opinion is an important part of that.
