Pilot Program Information Updates

If your collection route has been selected for the Curbside Organic Waste Collection Pilot Program, we encourage you to subscribe below to provide us feedback throughout the pilot program. Your participation and input throughout the pilot program will help us evaluate a curbside organic waste collection program on a smaller scale before launching the program city-wide.

We invite all residents and property owners on the pilot routes to subscribe to email updates to ensure you don’t miss important information, such as changes to your waste collection schedule, or opportunities to learn more about organics collection. If you would like to request paper copies of updates (instead of email), please call the Civic Operations Centre at 250-828-3461.

If you own a property along a pilot route but live at a different civic address, please indicate so accordingly in the Pilot Program Participant Information section below.

Please take a moment to double check that you are on a pilot route before you subscribe—on the pilot routes map, zoom into your zone/neighbourhood.
