BC Hydro will be completing tie-in work related to the City Gardens development project on 4th Avenue between Battle Street and Nicola Street.

• Nov 7, 9, and 10: Single-lane alternating traffic at the southwest corner of Battle Street and 4th Avenue
• Nov 12–20: Full closure of 4th Avenue from Battle Street and Nicola Street for excavation and BC Hydro utility work.

The road will be restored to a drivable condition by Friday, November 21.
