The City has developed a new online building information request application that allows residents to submit a request and provide payment via credit card. Residents wanting to receive an invoice or pay by cash, debit, or cheque must use the PDF application form, however, this option will be phased out in the future. Account balances must be paid in full before new requests are fulfilled.
Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days for a response. We are unable to process rush requests.
