This Homelessness Action Plan is an attempt to build on past successes and establish a road map for future victories in the battle against homelessness. This Plan is the work of many dedicated professionals, landlords, business-owners, government officials, outreach workers, homeless individuals, and other citizens of our community. The Plan has an ambitious goal: to end homelessness in Kamloops in five years.
