This report is the result of a mid-term check-in on the 2019-2022 Strategic Plan, particularly with respect to the COVID-19 pandemic. As Council reviewed the plan, they considered whether the pandemic impacted Council priorities making them more or less important or if they remained the same. The result of this process was that the existing plan was largely endorsed with only minor changes.
