Walk & Roll Program
Every Wednesday from 10:30 am to Noon, we meet at various locations to "Walk & Roll." All fitness levels welcome. Community members are also welcome. Canadian National Institute for the Blind
Providing rehabilitation services to blind, visually impaired and deaf blind individuals. These services include: orientation and mobility (independent travel), career counseling, talking book and Braille library services, rehabilitation services (Braille instruction, living skills, etc.), child and family services (services to blind visually impaired or deaf blind persons under the age of 19 and their families, low vision services (access to low vision specialists and visual aid equipment) and access to adapted equipment.

Centre for Seniors Information
The Centre for Seniors Information is a non-profit agency providing seniors, caregivers and individuals with information, support, referrals and advocacy. The agency offers a wide range of programs and services such as the Home and Yard Program and peer counselling. In addition, we are committed to creating community awareness around issues that affect seniors such as elder abuse and preventing fraud and theft.

Chris Rose Therapy Centre for Autism
A program designed for children, between the ages of 5 to 12 years, who have been diagnosed as having Autism. Support personnel include qualified teacher assistants, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, and Educational Consultant.
