City Properties

Property for Sale
The Real Estate Division oversees the disposition of all City owned property. Occasionally some of these assets become surplus to the City and we will actively market them.

Leases/Rentals
The City rents and leases a number of City owned buildings including six commercial units located in the Station Plaza on Lorne Street. Occasionally some of these suites/buildings become vacant and we actively seek tenants.
