Property for Sale: 1430 Capilano Place
The City of Kamloops is accepting sealed bids for the residential building site located at 1430 Capilano Place in Juniper Ridge. Closes: August 15, 2008.

Overview

The Real Estate Division is part of the Development and Engineering Services Department and is responsible for property negotiations on behalf of the City of Kamloops including:
Acquisitions of property for the City's operational purposes;

Dispositions of surplus City property including surplus roads, lanes, and walkways;

Acquisitions of easements and rights-of-way necessary for the protection of the City's infrastructure, as well as the release of those no longer required;

Leasing and maintaining the City's rental properties;

Ensuring all property transactions are completed in accordance with relevant statutes, regulations and policies; and

Coordination of real estate development opportunities on behalf of the City.
