Pay Station Parking Rate Changes for 2016

Kamloops, B.C.- Effective January 2nd, 2016, all downtown parking stations will undergo a rate increase.

The new rates are $1.25 per hour for the first and second hour, and $2.50 for the third hour. Residents are reminded that a three hour maximum is in effect, after which their car must be moved.

The parking stations accept all Canadian coins (excluding pennies), American quarters, as well as all major credit cards. Pay parking is in effect Monday through Saturday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with free parking on Sundays and statutory holidays.

Parking will be free in the downtown core from 12:00 noon on December 31st, through until 9:00 am on January 2nd.
