Kamloops welcomes new Public Works and Sustainability Director

Kamloops, B.C. - The City of Kamloops is pleased to announce that Tracy Kyle, P.Eng, has accepted the position Director of Public Works and Sustainability.

Ms. Kyle brings with her almost 20 years of municipal engineering experience, including the last five years as the Director of Water and Solid Waste for the City of Abbotsford. The selection committee was particularly impressed by her strong work ethic and penchant for accountability, as well as her personable nature.

"We are pleased to welcome Ms. Kyle to our senior management team," states David Trawin, City of Kamloops Chief Administrative Officer. "She underwent a rigorous interview process and emerged as the best fit for the position. We look forward to the experience and perspective she will bring to the organization."

Ms. Kyle officially starts her new role on January 2nd, 2013.
