Spring Break 'Splash Back' at Canada Games Pool

Kamloops, B.C. - All this week the Canada Games Aquatic Centre is offering kids and families a unique way to celebrate Spring Break and Kamloops' bicentennial anniversary, all in one place.

The Spring Break Splash Back event will take you back for a good time. Stop by the 'Root Beer Saloon', participate in fun activities and collect tokens to use at the Trading Post, milk a cow, take a photo in the old-fashioned photo booth or 'do some time' in the Arts and Crafts Jail.

Event organizers Deanne Pierson and Dzintra Davidson went to great lengths to capture key themes in Kamloops history, consulting Museum staff who provided the historical photographs and memorabilia on display throughout the facility.

Each day has a unique theme so come by every day this week until March 24th: Family Time 11:00am-1:00pm; Youth Time 1:00-4:00pm; Teen Time 6:00-9:00pm.
