Kamloops, B.C. - Community Associations build partnerships and relationships at the local level in which residents care and celebrate with one another encouraging participation, diversity and inclusiveness. Community associations provide new ideas, feedback, and the ability to identify priorities that contribute to the social sustainability of City neighbourhoods.
The City of Kamloops is pleased to release the Neighbourhood Matching Fund, which supports the creation and implementation of neighbourhood-driven initiatives that build connections, capacity, and livability. Each project is unique to the neighbourhood and reflects the needs of people who live there. As part of the Community Association Strategy, the City of Kamloops Neighbourhood Matching Fund will contribute equivalent funds to enhance local neighborhoods through social and community development.
