Kamloops Home and Leisure Show 2009 will be held April 17th, 18th and 19th at McArthur Island Sports Centre.

Sustainable Kamloops Plan
Learn about the Sustainable Kamloops Plan and provide your ideas on what is a priority for the community in areas of land, water, air and energy. See what is in store for Kamloops regarding issues such as population, housing and land use patterns, and how these projections directly correlate to the Sustainable Kamloops Plan and the future growth we envision for our community.

Healthy landscapes... healthy living
City staff will help residents with proper plant care and pest management practices. Tips will be provided on how to have a healthy lawn, how to encourage beneficial life in the landscape, and how to conserve water by applying xeriscaping principles. It's all about establishing an outdoor environment a person can feel good about.

Transportation
Discover alternative transportation methods in Kamloops, such as transit, carpooling and the commuter challenge and provide the City with your feedback on the Bicycle Master Plan.

Prizes
To be entered in a draw to win environmentally friendly prizes please provide your input in the Sustainable Kamloops Plan through filling out a survey.
