Negotiating, administering and interpreting Collective Agreements for CUPE Local 900 and IAFF Local 913
Facilitating educational and training programs for employees
Developing and administering safety policies and procedures, compensation policies and practices
Ensuring a safe and healthy workplace through safety and wellness programs
