Mission Flats Landfill and Recycling Depot

Open 7 days a week.
Closed Christmas and New Years Day.
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Phone: 250-372-9611, 250-828-3461

Services: Recycling of newspaper, corrugated cardboard, lead acid batteries, scrap metal, tires, white goods, 20 lb propane tanks. Mission Flats is the only landfill that handles recycling for glass, paper, cardboard, plastics, and other scrap materials.

Barnhartvale Landfill

Open: Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon.
Closed: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Christmas, and New Years
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Services: Residential waste only.

Closed: Wed and Thurs
